But those aren’t a part of the PulseAudio package in general - at least from what I know. Looks more like LADSPA and CALF plugins to me. Maybe you’ve installed them accidentally?

velox_vulnus, to linux in wayland, not even once

I’m not an expert on Wayland vs Xorg, but don’t you think it is unfair to not let a new protcol be given some time to improve?

I can understand partners asking for their deceased one’s sperm/egg, but relatives? This sounds like something straight out of Wolfenstein.

“How hot is it, honey?”

“Not a lot, just 298.15 K”

Except none of the examples you’ve listed above are ethnic states. Russia, China, Turkey and India are multi-ethnic societies. Japan, Korea, France ,Sweden, have a ethno-linguistic bias, but it is still supportive of pluralistic societies. Pakistan is a synthetic ethnoreligious-state created on the basis of Islam, but ethno-linguistic sentiments are still strong withing Balochi, Pathans, Afghani, Sindhi, Punjabi and other minority groups living there.

I read the guy’s speech balloon in a really heavy French accent internally.

I think the predecessors to RavynOS, it was called HelloSystem I think. In that project, they were talking about an alternative display server protocol.

If you scroll down in the comments below, you’ll understand why - OP doesn’t like corporate backed software.

velox_vulnus, to linux in A response to the "Boycott Wayland" article

If I remember, there was another display protocol being developed as an answer to Wayland for BSD. I don’t remember what it was called, but that project was basically about an open source MacOS.

Is Guille compatible with Elisp? Because if it is, then you’re in luck!

velox_vulnus, to memes in Unix < GNULinux < GNUHurd

I might be wrong somewhere, but think of Hurd server as an orchestrator, which runs atop the GNU/Mach microkernel, as opposed to monolithic kernels like BSD and Linux.

It’s an OS that’s still not in existence - I mean, well, technically, it is, the QEMU images, as well as Debian/Arch ISOs are available on the internet, but the Mach microkernel is slow, which is a blocker, so they’re looking into alternative ones.

I’m going to install Linux Mint on a VM and see what’s going wrong with yours. But when you’re dealing with older native package managers, you’ll come across packages that litter your desktop. This isn’t the case with modern ones like NixOS or Guix, however. I see that you’re adhering to UNIX philosophy, in which case, you should use independent distros like Devuan, Hyperbola, etc.

Yes. It used to be around 27°C, but you know, climate change and stuff. The temperature in my hometown is around 35 °C.

Not a lot, to be honest.

I think you should give this a read. This should convince you to switch to a bidet towel. What I’m surprised about, is that you fail to see how regenerating forests is more difficult than regenerating water. It is very hard to repair the uprooted ecosystem. And no, new trees can not solve climate crisis. You can substitute an eco-friendly detergent. You can clean multiple bidet towels together. Forests, however, takes years to grow, changes in the eco-system can lead to ecological disturbances, and it has to be monitored carefully. This is not the case with water being contaminated with detergent - excess phosphates can cause eutrophication of algae.
