They don’t work for me. They don’t work for a lot of people. Emby works fine for everyone as far as I can tell.

Why don’t you post the solution publicly so people know how to get subtitles working? Here’s a few of the people who posted about subtitles not working. This is just page 1 and 2 from what looks like hundreds of posts. No solutions in any of these pages.
