One of these is not like the others (and it’s not CMake).

Also, the syntax is absolutely mental but I like CMake :V

Ad Blocking is Cyber Security, never ever let anyone convince you differently

if ads were just static PNGs with a link you went to if you clicked I wouldn't have ever bothered. but ads became a major malware and tracking risk so plugging that security hole became mandatory.

Ah, the late 1900s when you could still pretend that Apple was the choice of the counterculture for no credible reason except for Apple marketing. Slacktivism, my dude. Worthless.

This meme is truly ancient. I bet those little iMacs go for a pretty penny on eBay now after everyone tossed them in the garbage circa 2003.

  • Bamboodpanda,

40 year old checking in. My wife once convinced my entire family to gift me packs of the exact same brand and style of socks. She threw away all of my old and mismatched pairs.

It’s still one of the greatest Christmas gifts I’ve ever gotten.

Very similar story here. There really is nothing like a drawer full of good quality, fresh, springy socks.

    AnIntenseMoist,

I’m 25 and a nice pair of socks and good undies fills the void in my soul like nothing else could.

GreenMario, to memes in Almost that time of year

I don’t like it when people get me stuff based on my interests. It’s always the wrong shit or really bad shit.

    Just get me socks lol.

Yep. I like computer gear. The worst gifts are some niche crap like weird USB drives that I don’t need. Slightly better are gift cards to Best buy - but really the gear I need you can’t find there.

Socks are universal. Socks are love. Give me socks, then I don’t have to spend my money on socks.
