What is your “basic” list of fonts every linux desktop user should install ?

When the whole Reddit fiasco started happening, I saw a lot of people wiping and deleting their Reddit accounts and moving elsewhere, like here on Lemmy....

I’m laid up with a severely broken ankle and leg, and will be laid up for God knows how long. I wanna read webcomics, but I feel like I’m running out of good ones on Webtoon. Anyone have any recommendations or sites to look at?

Was just thinking that there should be doctor clubs, where a bunch of people pool their money to hire a dedicated general physician. Or to have a shared tailor, or group cafeteria, or whatever....

I ran Manjaro Linux as my daily driver a few years ago but slowly phased it out for Windows for some reason, and I’m finally back using Linux (currently Linux Mint). Now i’ve been considering moving to linux. I don’t have much of a history using a computer and find it tougher to use than my phone. But I also really appreciate the foss movement. I’ve currently got an old laptop running windows 11 I think and it would prolly speed up with linux too. But I’m afraid I’d fuck smth up...

In search for free domain I got IPQuick. It gives a random domain for any IP4&6. I know not reliable for commercial use but I just want a domain for nextcloud,fediverse and mail....

A friend might let me install Linux on his secondary laptop he uses for university. He’s not a tinkerer and wants something that just works....
