Kind of a weird thing for him to say imo. It’s not like they got snubbed, this year was just really stacked, and the other nominations being filled with other incredibly talented women shows that. Be happy for them, don’t put a damper on their achievements because you’re upset that your co-star didn’t get nominated.
Obviously I get that he can’t help how he feels, but making this whole statement just feels like an odd choice.
Please understand: I mean this in a very, very loving way. Lemmy has so much content and so many references that I do not understand but it’s awesome seeing all these passionate communities outside of my usual circles.
Obviously it’s different for everybody, but it worked for me. I lost over a hundred pounds after watching a comedy special where the comic ripped into fat people. It made me feel gross, and gave me the motivation/willpower to start losing the weight.
That won’t work for everyone so obviously we shouldn’t go harassing all fat people, but clearly “fat shaming” isn’t entirely worthless.
The prequels were trash. The only good thing they did was pave the way for more competent writers to expand on the new material, like with the Clone Wars show.
Definitely crave it. The idea of my toilet begging me not to every time I have to take a dump… or worse yet, quietly crying throughout the process… I’d just rather not tbh
But my other main gaming platform is the Switch, so I’m quite accepting of low or unstable framerates
Which is fine, it’s okay to be accepting of lower frame rates when they’re acceptable. Like, if you had a 2060 or maybe a 2070 then fair enough. But you have a 3060 and aren’t even getting a locked 60 across the board when at low settings. A 30 series card shouldn’t be struggling so much when at low settings, period.
It’s one thing to physically be okay with lower frame rates, and another to overlook an unoptimized game. I can live with lower frame rates too, but this is still unacceptable.
