Risk, to memes in AI can generate memes now. This could potentially lead to a new robot-communist era.

I don’t think that’s true. It’s just another tool. Using it to get a good result takes more skill, practice, and patience than using it to get an okay result.

That’s not to say it is equivalent in terms of skill required to oil paint, for example. But it really does stink of being obstinately against change for no reason other than it being change.

I imagine similar complaints were made when photoshop first started to rise in popularity and use.

So… Christianity has thought crimes?

Risk, to memes in That's not a wand, Harry...

Oh yeah. In all fairness, I’m sure Harry would happily let Kreacher be free if he wouldn’t instantly go on snitch on them to Voldie & Co.

Who does Harry own?

Also, can Dumbledore own slaves if he’s dead?

Who the hell downvotes this?

Nobody’s trying to take away your cats - just reduce/stop their disproportionate ecological damage.

Risk, to piracy in Youtube Anti-AntiAdblocker uBlock Origin Filter

Aural edging.

Risk, to mildlyinteresting in Modern blocks of C4 explosive come with the warning “poisonous if eaten” on the packaging

Why did I read the title as ‘explosive if eaten raw’?

So I’ve figured if I just cook the dynamite, then it’s safe to eat.

Risk, to memes in well, it makes boom.

Rock goes boom.

Risk, to upliftingnews in Can a Tiny Restaurant Surcharge Move the Needle on Climate?

You surprise me. In season, expertly cooked food is one of the biggest draws of a restaurant for me (if I could afford it, lol).

Imported and/or out-of-season food tastes noticeably worse, even when prepared well - in my experience.

Risk, to mildlyinteresting in A glacier baby is born: Mating glaciers to replace water lost to climate change

So whilst the baby glacier idea has already been assessed as not working in the 90s, the ice stupas (TL;DR - water fountain in a shady mountain, sprays water to make a big pile of ice in winter - melts in summer for crop irrigation) seem pretty useful.
