Whatever you want! When I have free time alone (a scarce commodity) I like to read, maybe have one drink, listen to music.
If it’s not by choice and you don’t want to be alone, go out and have coffee or a drink, watch people.
If you are trying to make it meaningful, do a ritual. Like write down what you want to get rid of, what doesn’t serve you (anxiety, whatever troubles you) and burn it, let it go. A time that’s unusual is a good time to make changes that you want, to interrupt habits.
I did 10 hour shifts 1 hour or 1 hour banked for a few years from 4am. The latest start time to avoid being stuck behind a 4 day long train and get home before traffic hits standstill for hours that worked for everyone that needed to be on site for the same shifts. Probably something similar I’d say because while the shifts were different in later jobs many featured seasonal meetings to discuss adjusting the shift times for the same reasons.

We got a school project about drugs a couple years ago, but it was only one option out of a list of subjects for the project(i think, i dont remember exactly)
Like others have said one of the easiest things to do is simply don’t buy the junk.
Personally I found that the real game changer is finding a healthy snacking alternative. For me this is almonds and dried apricots. They’re still quite a ‘dense’ energy snack but it scratches the sweet tooth itch and is much more filling. Plus you get the added protein, fats & micro nutrients that you would usually miss in processed items.
Try out some different alternatives (my wife loves to snack on dates and Greek yoghurt for example) and try mainly just to focus on finding something you enjoy so you can swap the habit.
Dude, just get a bunch of weed and alcohol of your preference and just enjoy… I’d give my right leg if I could spend new year’s eve alone… or any other eve for that matter.
Make a shopping list and be strict with yourself about what you add to it. Then restrict yourself from buying anything not on the list so that you stick to it. Best way (that I know) to be deliberate about what food comes home with you.
