A little late to the party, but this is awesome! Bloom County was one of my favorite cartoons of all time… something about Berkeley’s sense of humor just hits me in the right spot.

This should be fun. I was a fan back in the day but I was also 10 in 1980 so my understanding was limited. Looking forward to the nostalgia.

It will be fun! I was 8 at the time and don’t think I started following the strip until 1982 (?). Of course in later years I got all the books and read them all, but looking forward to seeing them one day at a time like when I was a kid.

It is an amazing comic! I got into it back in the 80s at age 9 or so. And if I had one wish it would be for wings that work.

I read the comics everyday as a kid, my parents got the paper. I never understood Bloom County, I’m looking forward to seeing if it’s better now that I’m old.

I grew up in a small town that had a very small newspaper which had no comics. So I only saw Bloom County on Fridays (we got the paper from the big city on Friday for the week’s tv schedule) and my grandmother saved the Sunday comics for me. But as soon as the books were released I bought all of those. Over the years I have reread them many times, but never in order.
