mathterdark,

and all he got was that lousy t-shirt

XTornado, (edited )

I am confused did he kill the dealer or what? Or the dead person a representation of the addiction? And who is the other guy on the floor?

Like for the joke it doesn’t matter but that first scene confused me.

clearleaf,

He has a crippling addiction or in other words an addiction to crippling.

XTornado,

Ooooh i missed that layer…

radioactiveradio,

And now a crippling debt e.I. he’s indebted to be crippled himself.

kofe,

For anyone struggling here in the US, I highly recommend looking into alcoholics/narcotics anonymous or SMART recovery (a secular version of AA/NA). They’re free! I know it’s not for everyone, but just want to put it out there in case there’s people unaware. You’re not alone, and it can help to have the community 💜

I’ve considered checking into rehab recently or just a mental health institution, but the idea of the cost is enough to keep me pushing through without. I have experience with SMART recovery, though, if anyone has questions. They use evidence based tools with most of it available for free online. The workbook is like $10. It has made a difference, but it can feel overwhelming and takes time.

Much love to everyone. Take care of yourselves 💜
