When you are on a subreddit that has a Lemmy equivalent, add a button to the sidebar to post it there
I’m not sure how this could be implemented, but it would be really helpful to have

Some people use also Reddit when they don’t have a Lemmy community for a topic. Once a community pops up, this could be how they are reminded of it
