I think it’s a kind of parody of the things the newest generation (forget what it’s called) talks like. It isn’t supposed to make sense and probably wouldn’t even to the weird people who do talk like this for some reason.
I imagine this being read by someone doing a duke nukem impression while breakcore music play in the background. The title of the video would be : hard reset your brain.
I might even make it if I get bored enough this weekend.
