wabafee, 1 year ago (edited 1 year ago) I have eaten this kind of fish before they taste really good. It has white meat, flaky and tender texture. Has similar taste with parrot fish. Though it’s a bit weird presentation stuffing in stuff in it. Usually it’s just grilled right away.
