potoo22, Friend got locked out of Instagram account because yahoo deactivated their email. Instagram flagged the email as inactive. After my friend forgot their password, Instagram wouldn’t send pw reset emails even after reactivating the account. They also has no direct customer support whatsoever, so that account was lost.
