Every year or so I try one or more privacy focused keyboards. I always end up right back on SwiftKey after a couple of weeks because most of the keyboards I try have the same problem: the predictions suck....
They also haven’t released a version in over a year, or am I missing something? Also doesn’t seem to have a plan for smarter predictions beyond dictionary entries (what OP is looking for)
I am super sick right now and haven’t eaten much in a few days. It’s getting to the point where I am gonna need to force myself to eat something to keep my strength up but everything just sounds terrible to me right now. I have been subsisting mostly on small glasses of milk and the occasional packet of instant oatmeal....
Bananas. Easy to eat, nutritious, and even helping if you happen to have digestive issues. Very stable food, it’s my go to when nothing else goes.
Another great option is diluting a stock cube (or half) in hot water and drinks it as a soup. Nutrients, vitamins and minerals! Very good for rehydration
Hello, could someone recommended a keyboard for android that is a bit smart in predictive typing? I used to like swiftkeybefore it was bought by microsoft. Not that swiftkey itself was much better but I was not so privy conscious at that time....
I haven’t tried it yet and indeed I just read his post from 3 weeks ago on how to get back on better tracks. I will give it a try but I couldn’t see from its description that it would go beyond its focus on privacy, at least for the moment
Well my question was specifically about smart prediction (beyond autocorrect). I have found scores of privacy friendly keyboards. The one I have been using for a year is from simplemobiletools (they have a full suite of apps and I use most of them ie contacts, gallery, notes…) but I miss the prediction feature. As you say even autocorrect is not yet supported in florisboard…but that wouldn’t be enough for me. Personalised dictionary based on typing would be a start, but swiftkey goes beyond, it proposes the next words before you type them
I apologize if this has been asked a ton, still migrating to lemmy. Still stuck on crappy reddit out of habbit, but i’ve found the lemmy universe to be much more helpful....
Any *good* keyboard recommations?

What is good to eat when you have no appetite?

For the curious ones the machine is a 2001 IBM Thinkpad T22 with 20Gb of HDD, 256 Mb of RAM and an Intel Pentium 3 @ 900MHz.
How to choose a computer/laptop/device that is better compatible with linux? Are there certain things to look out for when shopping?
