But… you could just buy a good keyboard? With a bit larger budget than that 5$ a lot of modern mechanical keyboards could just as well be pure gold, they are so good. I’m still chugging on my 65$ CM Storm Quickfire XT from 8-10 years ago. This is problem of knowledge/motivation , not a problem of supply/scarcity
I had found one at home with only knobs, and at the time I dug that out of the attic, the only TV it could receive was state TV. An B&W. Still, It was amazing to me that i could even receive TV wireless. Turning those knobs felt… decisive!
Dang, that sucks :(. I convinced my mom to get one and, although it’s far from perfect, after some startup period where it didn’t know the good routes through the home it’s working consistently great (iRobot J7+ i think). it now saves her and her cleaning help a ton of time
