Is there an artist so horrible that no matter how hard you try that you cannot separate their art from them?

Similar to the recent question about artists where you can successfully separate them from their art. Are there any artists who did something so horrible, so despicable, that it has instantly invalidated all art that they have had any part in?

Low hanging fruit tempts more people, more easily. He’s just a really easy to hate, last decade it was Zuckerberg, this decade it’s Elon.

I just hope the next person to steal the spotlight is less insufferable.

I agree, but only with the amendment that links to reddit only be text posts and comment chains, or otherwise reddit-exclusive things such as /r/place.

Images and links should bypass reddit altogether and just link to the first source link (ie, the news article or w/e), or be posted as a lemmy image post with a credit citation in the description.

Nobody wants to have to click through 3 different pages to learn who’s winning what war or to see a picture of a cat.

Fucking hell, thank you. At some point I trained myself to just ignore watermarks on principle, but the reddit tag at the bottom has to be the ugliest, most obtrusive ‘watermark’ I’ve ever seen.
