Deuces,

You can’t trust those stats! My cousin’s friends sister is a nurse and she said…

Deuces,

Those who don’t write history to drive are destined to repeat it.

Deuces,

I’m not a socialist by any means (well, I have been called one by republicans…) but I’ve always hated this argument. The USSR and China are the only two I’m aware of that weren’t massively screwed over in their infancy by the US, and/or (usually and) manipulated by the USSR.

Deuces,

Though I would watch one that was a contest between surgeons. I imagine it’d start pretty tame, but the first time a girl with cat ears wins, were only like 5 years from the really crazy shit

Deuces,

There are a few nuggets that are still only obvious when you actually think about it. Like don’t fight with a hill behind you because you might need to retreat, do fight with a forest behind you for the same reason.

Deuces,

God damn. Thank you. I was so confused why people were so interested in a crispy chicken sandwich.

Deuces,

How can you simply learn about a fact that doesn’t effect your life and just move on!? Get angry, be horrified, buy a weirdly long picket sign and go to every pride parade to express your discomfort and let it putrefy into a deeper bigotry

Deuces,

Easy. You just use an ancient electric angle grinder

Deuces,

I like it in light powder, in sticky snow, that’s a hard pass.

Deuces,

17/24. I was so confident going into it…

Deuces,

He was the US secretary of state in the 1970s who finally died today after far too long living free. The 3 page rolling stone article is about as quickly as somebody could summarize his more notable war crimes. Admittedly the article is pretty biased, but also fuck hearing the other side of the story about a man responsible for so much death and pain.

Tldr: he extended the Vietnam war for about 5 years because it benefited him personally, he convinced Nixon to bomb Cambodia and laos which were not involved in any combat with us, he was involved in the coups that overthrew the democraticly elected governments of Peru and Argentina, he encouraged the use of nuclear bombs in battle on numerous occasions, and that’s just for starts. The rolling stone article claims he is indirecty responsible for about 4 million deaths. They don’t list the directly responsible number, but its likely in the one million range.

Deuces,

Somehow that’s way more gross than butt nuggets

Deuces,

Graphing is still necessary for the blind, but it’s more common to use a plastic sheet on a hard rubber clipboard with a stylus that causes the plastic to rise up when it’s pressed with a bit of force. (Though while googling for it I found plenty of examples like yours so maybe less common than I thought)

Deuces,

I’m an American late millennial, I definitely remember this. I’m guessing it’s 85-95 millennials.

Deuces,

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why they got rid of playlist radio. It makes Spotify so much worse and I can’t imagine it saves them any money

Deuces,

Three wests were given to the US, wisest and fairest. Seven to the dwarf lords…

Deuces, (edited )

I read through the article to see if any money was going to gay/trans right activism. If it is the article doesn’t mention it, and it isn’t on their (admittedly not yet filled out) website. Recognition is good in that “acceptance” in capitalism means you think you’ll make more money than non-recognition. But that’s the symptom of things going the right direction, not the cause. If it’s the best seltzer in your opinion go for it, but unless they’re giving back to the community they’re not actually doing anything.

gaywater.com for the lazy but distrustful (my people)

Deuces,

As a robot, finding bikes in pictures is really hard, okay
