Been wearing watches for a very long time, and I have no real insight. All I can say is that the Apple Watch is extremely comfortable (using the base strap that comes with it—no idea of others). The part that touches you is very smooth. Prior I wore mechanical watches and honestly never paid them much mind. I will say most “men’s” watches are often overly large and heavy. As a man I have never enjoyed that aesthetic and have always opted for smaller watches (Seriously If someone is so insecure about their gender that they need a fucking tuna can strapped to their wrist i don’t know where to begin).

They are not the best shows, but considering how many times I have rewatched them I would have to say all The Next Generation era 80s-90s Star Trek (gonna throw Lower Decks into that lot as well since its around the same time period in the canon).

Also… Deep Space Nine might actually be the best show… but maybe not.

Snoring is often a sign of sleep apnea, which is easily treatable. Your wife should take a sleep test to see if she has it. Can take years off your life if left undiagnosed.

I used to check the front page at least once every day, and occassionally check specific subreddits. Now I don’t look at reddit unless theres some drama, like mods getting purged, then I’d go there and enjoy the drama. Occasionally there will be questions that only reddit has the answer to so I have to reluctantly use it. I...

On June 30 I deleted my two accounts, ran a script to change all my comments to say the account was deleted in protest (to limited success, and Im sure they’ve probably been reverted by now) and have only been back since twice due to a tech support question only having a google indexed answer easily available on Reddit.

I am no longer actively engaging with that platform. I’ve found though using voyager on my mobile devices and skimming lemmy aimlessly my need for “content” is wholly satisfied.
