Kbin_space_program,

This. Civil War's final fight scene is hugely overrated. Iron man by that point had tangled with multiple fighter aircraft, dozens of missile armed drones, Thor and more. Goes down to two strong guys punching him.

Even before Endgame, there were some stinkers.

It's one of the reasons why Guardians of the Galaxy was so popular, it changed the formula.

If Google makes it, that's a good reason for it to never be a standard.

Also, willing to bet that it's anti ad block code. Google fired most of the senior devs that would k ow how to optimize this.

Kbin_space_program,

The problem is that the rich are hiding that they're shit with money and can't pay interest on their loans by jacking up the prices of everything

Kbin_space_program,

Canada's Hundred Days. Aka the last 100 days of WW1.

Functionally, Canada won WW1 for the allies.

Being under 10% of the WW1 force, in that period they tackled defences everyone else thought impregnable and shattered them, like the Hindenburg Line, and in the process paved the way for the allied advance. They also took out a quarter of the German forces in that time.

While they did arguably use proto-blitzkrieg tactics of using lots of machine guns, and then also using vehicles to move troops even quicker while using said machine guns, one of the biggest factors was a prodigious use of chemical weapons.

To the point that in the interwar period, Canada had the largest capacity and stores of chemical weapons. During WW2, said stockpile is one of the reasons Hitler refused to use chemical weapons on the allies.

Edit: And a lot of the rules on fair treatment of POWs and rules on capturing surrendered soldiers also stems of Canadian soldiers behaviours during WW1.

Kbin_space_program,

Sorry, mountain dew tastes better than tea?

What garbage store brand floor scrapings sorry ass tea have you tried.

Kbin_space_program,

Not just the bees, all bugs in North America have seen a 75% die off in the last 20 years.

Big shocker that songbirds, which eat those bugs, have also seen a massive die off.

Despite those deniers that still blame housecats, the true culprit is almost certainly pollution and pesticides.

Kbin_space_program,

Oh certainly can't help. But we know that the pesticides and herbicides have carryon effects to unintended species. Ones that the parent companies that invented them didn't report on because they don't kill those species. Ones that don't necessarily kill them, but lead to things like the white nose fungus running amock in bats, or lead to Colony Collapse Disorder or other infections in bee colonies.

Kbin_space_program,

It'll also be slightly-less-radioactive mud without the dust from nuclear weapons on it.

Kbin_space_program,

Yup, working for me not logged in(because I deleted the accounts.)

Kbin_space_program,

Used it on every phone since my Motorola Droid. It will be missed.

Kbin_space_program,

They've been trying this entire time to reframe the argument into the app developers being the bad apples.

By getting one scab to exist, they can work at that angle now better than they could before.

Kbin_space_program,

Based on EU law, reddit has to delete your stuff when you ask. Right to be forgotten and all that .

Kbin_space_program,

I realized that after deleting my oldest reddit account I should have sold the damn thing.

Might work out how to do that yet for my remaining accounts
