Follow this simple rule for clarity, replace the names and ethnic background of the parties in question with A and B, acknowledge that A and B have historical conflict and are distinct ethnic groups but set aside their cultural characteristics and specifics. Now take the actions of A towards B and compare them to historical examples. Under jurisprudence there can be no a priori exoneration of any group due to historical factors, actors must be judged solely on their actions.

The ICC follows "The definition contained in Article II of the Convention describes genocide as a crime committed with the intent to destroy a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, in whole or in part. It does not include political groups or so called “cultural genocide”." And Israel is walking a fine line at the moment by claiming that they are exterminating a political group "Hamas" but their actions towards the civilian population will determine their guilt or innocence in the eyes of history and the international community. The ICC's job is to collect all the facts that we civilians can not, and make a determination based on those facts. If you believe Israel is innocent, you should not worry as the facts will clearly exonerate them and so will history be written.

Actually bitcoin on a physical harddrive purchased at $50 or below stored in a safety deposit box is pretty ironclad.

I'm not saying I won't be buying real estate in San Francisco, Magic The Gathering cards, and shares in big tech, but a solid backbone of 1000x value bitcoin is hard to beat on multiples.

Reagan cut taxes while increasing spending, despite talking like his goal was to reduce government excess. As a result, the national debt increase for the first time since WWII and has not stopped in that trend since then.

I just did a two-shot where we went five level 20 characters vs 5 Ancient Dragons. Beyond all expectations the players actually won without a Permadeath. That said, the GM didn't use the Dragons' spell abilities much, that might have turned the tide.

Worth noting that it was the fact we had two Druids with Shapechange that turned the tide of battle.

First Druid Shapeshifted to Ogremoch soaking damage and myself as the second Druid Shapeshifted to Pit Fiend multi-striking with poison helped to finish the fight, our Cleric was putting out some serious dps with Smites though he went down and had to be revived twice, a sorcerer with Invulnerability potion successfully splitting off two of the Dragons with Agro and doing some strong AOE until the Pit Fiend came in to finish them off. I was the Pit Fiend Druid, Dream Circle, focusing healing after summoning a Draconic Spirit to soak damage early on until the Shapeshift towards the end. Wizard in the backline focusing Lightning damage with hasten, but the Blue Dragon being immune he switched it up towards the end.

More to the point, who's got a link so we can judge this fanfic for ourselves?

Tell her the neighborhood is holding a competition of lushest carpet, and you need to take some pictures.

Forge a letter from the HOA issuing a citation for an improperly kept "private front lawn".

Tell her you have developed a new kink, waxing Dom.

Buy her a thong bikini and tell her you have entered her into the Ms. Rec Center competition in two days time.

Kill 6 Billion Demons is an absolute classic. Good enought to have made it into print trade paperbacks, but still free online. The visual style and wild world building are truly a joy to behold. You also get a bit of the sparky web comic flavor while still holding together an excellent long term story arc with serious plot.

Why wasn't NYC's Central Park concept copied by other cities?

I’m talking about a massive park in the absolute heart of the city. Located such that is naturally surrounded by city high rises. *People are giving examples of parks that are way off in the boonies. I’m trying to say located centrally, heart of the city, you know where the high rises are. Yes I understand nyc has more, the...

@someguy3 Portland, Oregon has the largest urban park in the country, Forest Park, but it is forested an not a garden park. Also it is on the edge of the city instead of Central.
