I have one that I don’t think is shallow or petty. I avoid the Wondergrove cannabis company because there is a children’s show/educational program of the same name. While state regulators are making cannabis brands who have made no attempts to advertise to or appeal to children change their packaging to single color designs to reduce their appeal to children, there is a weed brand named after a kid’s show that calls its flower line “Field Trip.” I call it “Kid Weed” because it makes me think of the WKUK Kid Beer sketch. And I don’t buy it.

Truth. I don’t have to deal with this now, but give me Mariah Carey over “affordable woman who claims to sing like Mariah Carey” any day. There are so, so many bad Christmas covers it is ridiculous. I don’t like Mariah Carey more than anyone else, but she is legitimately talented and skilled. There are worse singers and musicians covering the same songs.

This kinda describes my wife’s boyfriend’s wife. (That was just fun to type out) Basically, because of the place and way she was raised, she didn’t understand that she was ace until she had two kids, and her sex life continued to exist. She was/is more or less done with that part of her life. She has two kids and a husband and a home, and that’s why she was having sex to begin with. As long as she has those things, she doesn’t care that her husband does things she does not enjoy with some other women. She’s happy with the way her life is. Plz don’t make her add sex back into the equation.
This is fascinating. Assuming he follows the law of the land per the Bible (per my minimal understanding of the Bible…) he would be sinning to note vote. So the pope most likely voted by absentee ballot in Argentina, but also likely has diplomatic immunity in Argentina, and therefore could not be prosecuted for failure to vote.
I should really think more about compersion. It’s an idea that I think and talk about frequently, but it’s a term my brain hasn’t yet held for the long term. But I have huge amounts of compersion. I get so excited when good things happen to the people I care about. Our polyamory thrives on how happy it makes me to see my wife in that happy, lovey way with someone. I am just as delighted that my best friend was recently promoted to AM as I am that I was promoted to key lead with her. Compersion is a big part of my life that I should give more space and respect to express itself.
My real problem is watching too many random bizarre trash and z grade movies instead of popular things. Very few names can outweigh the allure a movie being shot on video o_o I love shot on video movies.
I have so many questions for and about bacteria. Can I choose a sort of akashic universal bacterial conscious? I could pick a family or something if I have to be more specific, but I nerd to know about bacteria.
Two honestly. They’re both kinda big picture, but both are fun and easy and low stakes.
Slow down, settle, nest. 2023 was a wild year filled with change. I got a job that became the focal point of my life, and then I got promoted. That job came with more friends and connections than I’ve ever had. It has been a very full, sometimes overwhelming year. 2024 is going to be my Convenience Store Woman year. I’m gonna settle into my management position, get good at it, and turn this dispensary into a beautiful weed distribution machine.
I’m gonna keep trying for a second romantic partner. It’s gonna be fun because flirting is fun. And the stakes are low because I already have a fantastic, stable relationship with my wife. Failure means continuing the happy life I’m living now. I’ll just keep trying to get the attention of boys with good hair.
