I don’t agree with your take because of how it seems to imply “reverse sexism,” which is odd. If anything, it’s harder to be a woman.
But I do know celebrity culture is weird, and you’ll never talk sense into people who worship a particular celebrity. You’ve got to think of them as meth addicts or something – you can’t just antagonize them because they’ll lash out or shut down.
I usually like your posts a lot, but this is just upsetting. I’m glad you have it tagged NSFW, but I was expecting … anime tiddies or something, not this.
The only time I’ve seen something like this is when my doctor really wanted me to try an anti-depressant, so he gave me a perpetual supply of free samples.
I’ve never gotten comfortable with not owning CDs or DVDs. In fact, if I really really like a movie or album, I obtain a physical copy. If it’s an independent artist, I’ll even buy it directly from the record label.
And so far, I’ve been able to stream everything else when I just want to get my entertainment fix ¯_(ツ)_/¯
The best I’ve found is Mojeek. The results take some getting used to because we’re all used to Google’s fuckery, but I’ve been using it for months, and it’s quite good.

Caveat: He was told it can interfere with REM, which in his case is good since it also helps with the nightmares, but it’s probably not good for regular use by the average person, or so we’ve been told by his provider. Ask your doctor, I guess.
