UBI is kind of cool but it has some massive flaws. For example: Landlords and groceries can just raise prices to bring the cost of living up and since there are no rent/price controls (because “that would be communism”) we’ll be right back to where we started. What you want is Universal Basic Services. Anything you need to live is free. Literally impossible for anyone to game that system and equally impossible for people to slip through the gaps, but it’s also never going to happen because “that would be communism”

So yeah this is why capitalism has go to, because any attempt at actually making a just and fair society will be dismissed as “being communism”

You can do your part by fighting for socialized housing (tenants collectively own the property and rent goes to upgrades) and municipal cable. The rewards are well worth it. You don’t have to (and shouldn’t) wait around for a bloody revolution to fight back against capitalism. Every little thing you can do to wrench power from the capitalist class even something small like joining a union helps a lot if we all do it.

Case law states that if media is no longer available, it’s consumption is considered preservation and is thus completely legal. Nobody can argue lost profits for something that literally isn’t even on the market. Fun fact: this is the reason why Nintendo releases their old games on the E shop for way more than what they’re worth. Once it’s up there they get to do takedown requests of every ROM on the internet.

There’s a mod which turns minecraft into stardew valley. Would strongly recommend, it’s really good. I remember playing a modpack with it included and it was easily the star of the show. It wasn’t until the end game when I started flying around on a bike ET-style using that one that lets you cast magic spells that I actually stated playing around with the other features of the pack.

Stack luck (Ginger Ale and Lucky Lunch/Magic Rock Candy) then go panning on Ginger Island to get your first lucky ring. If you don’t succeed take your stacked luck to Skull Cavern and just do a normal run and you might get one as a drop. With high luck your chances of getting an auto-petter and auto-getter from the loot floors. I have two lucky rings and always do ginger ale and rock candy and my luck stacks so high that I get pretty much a 100% drop rate of the things to the point it’s kind of a nuisance. Once find a lucky ring put it on. Later on you can take it to the forge to fuse with a burglars for double drops and again Iridium for the magnet. Now every day is a good luck day.

EDIT: You can also combine lucky rings with your favorite set of rings. For example luck/coffee with luck/burglars is a very funny combo.

Terarria is for people who like letting the progression tell them how to play. If you’re not into that, it’s a very shallow experience.

Ginger Island was phenomenal. They took everything that made the game suck and fixed it without disrespecting players who liked doing things the old way, plus they added in some cool content which added a lot to the end game. Fairy dust is single handedly the best feature ever added since once you get a room full of Statues of Fortune you can just pump out any item you want at breakneck speed. Fairy Rose goes from being a niche flower you use for bees to a genuine powerhouse of a crop during a season which is normally a massive lull in production. The only thing that sucks about them is that they stack really badly. I really hope next update fixes that because that is unacceptable game design.

Yes it does. It absolutely does. When you use their formats they get to use that as part of their recruiting.

It’s like what happened with the trollface. Actual pedo rings use the widespread use of the troll face (which sampled “r— rodent” in its design) as proof that their movement is popular when it’s anything but. Plus it comes with the bonus they can dogwhistle with it and the average person won’t catch on because they only see it as ‘ha ha that funny troll face meme’ It’s also the reason the fake left (La Rouchites, aka destiny/vaush types) uses wojacks and peepee frogs “ironically” a lot. They get to pretend they’re leftists while pushing cultural fascism.

Don’t use nazi meme formats. You are helping them gain cultural relevance. Use literally anything else. If the underlying humor is actually funny the joke will land equally well if not better. EDIT: Yeah about the response I expected.

Yeah no I don’t do respectability politics.
