Am I the only one that enjoyed night shifts? Less traffic, no big bosses around to mess things up or get in the way, no scheduled meetings or other distractions… just do your job and go home. And you can still run around to appointments etc and get stuff done during the day when everything is open without taking time off work.
Mind you, I’ve always been a night owl so that probably helps my perspective…
Well yes, but I’m referring to present day with it being winter. In the summer it easily gets past +30c here. Last summer I would have gladly run around nekkid when it was +36c if I wouldn’t get arrested.
When I was a kid there were some things I’d see and wanted, only to get them and be seriously disappointed. I learned quickly that ads are fluff.
Nowadays, I actively stay away from things I’ve seen advertised. The way I see it is if a company has to pay tons of money to get their product seen, it can’t be all that good to start with. Genuinely good products don’t need to try and convince you they’re worth it.
