Registration is something the far right pushes for because it keeps “the wrong people” from voting. It usually coincides with them closing down voting centers and keeping people from registering in minority heavy areas.

I don’t hate it because as far as the tech companies go, their product support is quite good. Not to say perfect but they can usually help you solve simple things. If you’ve ever used Google Admin, the live chat is actually super helpful.

Compared to something like Meta, who have virtually ZERO customer support. It’s just a bunch of recursive “help” articles that assume you have the technical knowledge of a dog. Apple is only helpful if you’re paying for shit. Amazon will send out a second package if you ask nicely, but is otherwise useless. Etsy is straight up antagonistic to its sellers.

If Trump wins again, I am buying a one way ticket out of the country because I’m trans, brown, college educated, in a same sex relationship, an immigrant, and an outspoken liberal. His cult literally considers me subhuman and he is openly bragging about how he’ll turn the country into the next Reich.

If Biden wins, I don’t have to uproot my life and instead continue to be disenfranchised by a party of centrists and conservatives posing as leftists

They are not the same and anyone who tries to argue otherwise in this day and age is either stupid or malicious. Which one is it?

Trumpists have been actively deflecting from their own Asshole in Chief’s genocidal support by pointing to Biden’s genocidal support. As a result, people who haven’t been paying attention are completely unaware of how much more Trump supports killing brown people.

The reality is that the two options are Genocide Lite and Literal Nazi Supporting Genocide. Not voting or voting third petty gets you Literal Nazi Supporting Genocide. There is no realistic option that gets you Palestinian support, and you can blame the two party system for that, but at the end of the day we are all being forced to decide which flavor of genocide we’d prefer.

My main job is pretty commonplace but I moonlight as a fire performer. I got into it kinda by chance but it has consumed my life. I actually have to carry insurance and do have certifications to do fire. In fact, I’m licensed to write letters of recommendation for new performers. I also have to pull permits for it in my city.

I also do burlesque and sideshow, but there isn’t really a formal process other than deciding you want to try hammering a 5" nail into your head. Sideshow is best described as putting things where they DON’T belong. Being a social outcast and knowing people helps.

Would I do it again? Yes, it’s a fulfilling art form. But unfortunately the industry is superficial garbage, and the conditions of your birth will greatly affect the ratio between effort put in and success.

You can get permanent eyeliner via a technique called microblading, but it’s not usually done by tattoo artists.
