You learn the basics and then you watch entertainment in the language you’re trying to learn. Don’t gatekeep.

I know this is not how dbzer0 works, but can you help me get cs 1.6 working on my linux system ? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

I downloaded the game from soft32 (this file used to work on the old days). I installed both WINE and Lutris, but the game runs like sh**t. I get .NET and Vulkan errors from Lutris&WINE. Can you give me a newbie friendly guide for the right way? I’m tired of scrapping the web and it doesn’t help that I have limited data....

I agree. That’s the point, though. It’s just helps keep them out of trouble. It’s better to go through DM’s. It’s not a rule though, I agree.

    True! I love his character.

    It’s weird. Even in real life I feel like I’m supposed to be shoe horned into this “Yass queen” mentality. So many conservatives hate the “gay agenda”, but they’re accidentally pushing it through entertainment. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being a flamboyant man, but why does that have to be tied to sexuality?

    Sorry about the tangent, I had to rant.

    If it’s a drama/ romantic comedy, I want to know about their relationship. If it’s an action movie or strictly a comedy, God damn, I hate any “isn’t this sexy”/ “lol sex, they like butt stuff”. Why do they make everyone gay, horny? It plays into the stereotype, that we’re “sexual deviants”.

    Also I’m pan.

    Well yeah, he has to follow a contract most of the time. (Atleast in folklore). That’s what makes it neat. He’s beating the devil at his own deal.

    My favorite is when they give the genre/ an emotional description of the music, and it’s completely wrong.

    Sometimes I feel like they’re lucky when they blast Imagine Dragons, and they just say “🎶High energy, folk-rock🎶”.

    I live in a noisy area, so I always have cc on, and that always makes me laugh.
