Friendly reminder (for everyone) from someone in the field that the vast majority of people who study law do not end up making millions of dollars a year at top firms. If you’re just going into law to make money, there are much less expensive ways to do so.
Indeed. I moved away from the SF Bay Area, then came back after a decade and (parts of) SF/Oakland are, unfortunately, even more run down than I remember. There was always a large homeless population here but there seems to be way more aggressive folks out there now, high on something or other.
