Came across this channel recently. Chris Young is the creator of the Joule Sous Vide stick as well as the Combustion thermometer line. He’s going some really interesting, science-based, cooking videos, so thought I’d share.
Yeah, Alton Brown taught me so much about cooking. I find that I learn so much more getting into the science of things. J. Kenji Lopez-Alt is one of my favorites, especially when he was doing Food Lab. But he still explains a lot about why ingredients react the way they do and what makes good combinations.
OMG that was just awful. Not the film, it was great, but just everything that happened. It was so simple but so visceral as well. I could just feel it everything that happened. Wow, thanks for that, great short!
