The great majority of people live in places where an electric bike would be good enough.

Not in the picture are 6 buttons for 5 underground parking floors and the main floor. I have no idea what those buttons do, later when I left the office im going to check out. If this is my last message, let everyone know that I went missing on the name of science.

I think you need to reside on Europe to their laws apply to you, not matter if you are European citizen or not.

If you google for “brazillian paintings” the first and more recognizable painting is exposed on an argentinean private museum.

Ask it to change all spaces to a, then all consonants to a, then all the characters to a and see ChatGPT go crazy.

Actually, it’s called iocusphobia, the fear of joke phobias.

Can you legally don’t give change? I don’t think you can do that in Brazil at least.

In 1545, an Italian genius called Gerolamo Cardano was pissed he couldn’t solve square root of negative number.

Iirc, it was while trying to solve cubic polynomials, that he found out that accepting the existence of sqrt(-1) let him solve them.

I mostly use pandas that I don’t think is going anywhere, we’re also going to start tests with a library called ‘chainladder’ that is used for some actuarial reserves calculations, from everything else I’m programming custom functions because as far as I know, there’s not a lot of actuarial mathematics libraries on Python (R have much more support for that, but I prefer the flexibility of Python, like a good portion of my job is scrapping our regulatory body website for information and not sure how good R work on that).

I was trying to find if is safe to mix LSD with energy drinks and the only place where someone was answering that was on reddit, restricted because is 18+ somehow. Had to use the tip given from OP to see it outside the app. The general consensus (because this shit can’t be properly researched) is that caffeine in general is not recommended with LSD.

HBO is a premium brand, if they name their streaming service with that name and they start pushing up crap realities as Netflix did their brand is going to be destroyed.

There’s this French documentarian, Agnes Vardo, who do autobiographical, and pretty artistic and abstract documentaries. In one of them, she is meeting a group of Romani, and they teach her where the potato farmers discard all the potatoes that are not good enough for the supermarkets and she get a lot of potatoes with the shape of hearts.

On the other hand, Hardy denigrates much of the applied mathematics as either being “trivial”, “ugly”, or “dull”, and contrasts it with “real mathematics”, which is how he ranks the higher, pure mathematics.

This part really resonates with my memory of the bio on the book. Thanks for the research!

I don’t know if you can threat people of different cultures in psychology. Like, for example, an Indian therapist is not going to understand the problems an American have because the culture of both are pretty different, and the solutions the therapist propose maybe dosen’t make sense on an American context. Imagine trying to explain to a non American therapist that you have anxiety of being shooted on school or in a traffic incident, that kind of things are pretty foreign for the majority of the rest of the world, even for third world countries.
