I’m an older millenial that identifies closer to Gen X. I think mine would be … Will Smith crying to Uncle Phil about his dad on Fresh Prince? That was pretty iconic. Wasn’t a good bye or finale one though.
Seinfeld finale was kinda bleh. I skipped Roseanne, Friends and Frazier’s finales to be honest and the fact no one references them never made me catch up. The Simpsons seemingly won’t die. I’d say Futurama but like, it keeps coming back with declining quality. I guess I can’t choose?
My mate told me that he seems very smug and not very English. I found that quite funny. I don’t particularly dislike Tom but I don’t go out of my way to watch him like others. I still remember his OnlyConnect appearances from way back. He’s not everyone’s cup of tea and that’s fine.
I think you have great points, but I also don’t want to absolve personal responsibility entirely. I think I saw Boogie for on the Financial Audit and spends $900 per month on fast food? There’s definitely food deserts and busy people with busy lives and bad education. Absolutely. I also find that healthier living was easier in the UK as grocery stores had ready-made meals easier to access with better options. However, I do think there’s also a component of personal accountability for those that know the right thing to do and choose not to.
Agreed. I think it’s amusing to observe. Being around it yourself is quite difficult. Being the target of it sucks and having your peer go off the deep end and finding a way to reel them in sucks too.
I do it while watching TV or something. It never seems to stop though. Even better when the kids spill something on the couch or wet the bed and you have to do impromptu laundry in the middle of the non-stop laundry.
