Calm down, 'Muricans. We didn’t lose our shit when you replaced the Spatzen in Kässpatzen with Macaroni and the cheese in Kässpatzen with fatty, gloopy cheddar “sauce”. You can bear this one.

First of all: Don’t you think Kässpatzen “evolved from” something, too? Like… both are “cooked dough stuff with cheese”

And secondly: your argument is not the counter you might think it is. The core of my argument was that Mac and Cheese are a downgrade to the food it came from. It doesn’t matter, if the origins are in Italy or Germany, the argument stands. Slopping fat with cheese flavor on pasta is nothing one could claim any culinary high ground with

And lastly: we all agree that this is some light hearted, friendly banter here, and not some patriotic conflict about cultural superiority, right?

Kind of hard to define but refer to themselves as I?

Thank you for putting in the effort!

Yet… I don’t get why using the *Arr stack and Plex is so popular. Plex is annoying as fuck and tries to shill you their paid bullshit at every corner. The Arr stack is buggy and having a separate system for recommendations and requests and for library management is super cumbersome for me. Compare that with Stremio… I could never convince the wife to use Plex with overseer at all. Stremio is super convenient.

Im just saying this because I spent my weekend getting another Arr stack running after years of absence and noticed that the whole thing is as convoluted and fiddly as ever and that really got me wondering why people just take this as the industry standard for torrenting.

The fact that this got a fair bit of upvotes tells me I’m not alone in my narcissistic tendencies. Yay me and me alone!

Even for all who had swords, their primary assault weapon was usually some form of pointy murder stick, usually handheld and horse-propelled

It’s spooky, alright. But is it scary, too? Because it won’t send shivers down my spine otherwise.

I as a man have that with Jeans and socks. Both are fucking uncomfortable and to be gotten rid of at the earliest convenience!

Hey, wwhile I indeed didn’t even know one could do a custom format with a negative score, I solved the issue by adding the corresponding releases those par2 files were for manually.

@norgur@discuss.tchncs.de avatar

Thanks :) Yet… why keeps Readarr fetching those and not the base file I wonder?

norgur,
@norgur@discuss.tchncs.de avatar

No, it means that there was a Par2-File (which I didn’t recognize since I haven’t used Usenet for long) and a regular file but Readarr kept picking the Par2 file.

Those do come from a private Indexer (and given the explanation by @Laser, they are supposed to be there

That warthog doesn’t look too worried, does it?

The difference is that especially in Greece, those kinds of relationships (forced or otherwise) were part of the non criminal open society.
