I used nano for years until I forced myself to learn the basics of vi(m), now whenever something opens nano by default it annoys me and I immediately change the editor to vim 😂
Yeah. When I first heard about South Georgia I was confused because I wasn’t sure if they were referring to the southern part of the state or country… But it was neither. It’s an island about 1,000 miles off the coast of Antarctica.
It really messes with me that there’s a US state and also a country named Georgia (and there’s also South Georgia which is off the coast of Antarctica).
The cabinet could be 20 feet tall and they’d still figure out how to get up there.
My parents have 4 cats and these ones are a lot different than all of the other cats we’ve had over the decades. My parents have a wall mounted cabinet where the bottom portion is about 5 feet off the ground and the top of it is about 8 feet off the ground. There’s about 6-9" between the top and the ceiling, and various decorations up there… The kitchen table is about a foot in front of it, at normal height, about 3-4 feet from the ground.
One day I noticed one of the cats was on top of the cabinet! That’s a good 6 foot jump at a steep angle (100°, 110°? I suck at Trig) and she didn’t move a single decoration!
Kia’s just suck in general AFAIK. My friend has a 2010 Kia Sorento and he has some “device” on top of the positive (?) terminal of his battery. The terminal ring is a bit loose so it doesn’t make proper contact with the battery terminal and he has to hold it against it so that he can start his car.
I thought he was bullshitting me at first because he’s not a car guy and told me before that when his car was fucking up that it was the transmission, but it was the coil packs. Nope, there’s a big black box on the top of the battery and he said that only Kia can service it, and it’ll cost like $800 to fix.
