What are your best air fryer/oven recipes?

My parents got me one of them fancy countertop air fryer/oven things and idk what to cook first when I get it set up. According to the box, it does everything a normal oven does as well as air fries. It can hold two whole chickens or 1 frozen pizza. It came with a rack for things like toast and a baking sheet. I also have a...

ryathal,

Hand held pastry filled with curry, they are delicious.

ryathal,

Baked potatoes are easier in an air fryer. Bacon works surprisingly well. It’s essentially a small oven, so anything that fits in it is probably worth trying in it.

ryathal,

Two spaces at the end of a line will force a new line. A dash - at the start of a line will make a bullet point.

ryathal,

It’s probably how you mash them, if you over mash them they get gummy. It’s really easy with a mixer or blender to overdo it.

ryathal,

Evolution is just random. The “system” is just the good random changes live and the bad don’t.

ryathal,

There are commercial realtors as well.

ryathal,

Universities lose money on sports in net because of title IX. Football/basketball subsidize every other athletic program at a university.

Also reports generally don’t include donations as sports revenue, but a significant chunk are absolutely related to the athletic program.

ryathal,

There’s really not a good solution. Non-revenue sports are always going to be facing cuts. If you limited to having similar sport offerings, then it’s probably only basketball, baseball/softball, and football/something that are offered, and even baseball is limited to a handful of universities.

If you limit scholarships like the current system, because football has so many scholarships, there needs to be 4-5 women’s sports to be balanced. If you add some rules to force offering a men’s team for each women’s team, then it’s a huge benefit for the men even if there aren’t scholarships available.

What is your unpopular flim opinion

I’ll go first. Mine is that I can’t stand the Deadpool movies. They are self aware and self referential to an obnoxious degree. It’s like being continually reminded that I am in a movie. I swear the success of that movie has directly lead to every blockbuster having to have a joke every 30 seconds

ryathal,

There’s like 3 or 4 interesting episodes in 3 seasons…

ryathal,

The meta episodes of supernatural were some of the best of the later seasons.

ryathal,

Marvel hasn’t has a competent plot since infinity war, even then there was a lot of decline starting to happen.

ryathal,

The whole point of Deadpool is the self awareness though. You can find it annoying, it’s not for everyone, but it’s true to what the character has become.

ryathal,

You aren’t allowed to do this because division isn’t transitive.

ryathal,

It would be better if we just taught math with prefix or postfix notation, as it removes the ambiguity.

ryathal,

It’s just what happens when wax deforms from pressure. You can do the same thing with plastic straws, if you pack them tightly, or compress them with your hands.

ryathal,

You probably wouldn’t need laundered crypto, but you would need to be able to hide it from the bankruptcy court. This only works if you can clear the credit card debt.

ryathal,

It’s just another version of oral/anal doesn’t count.

ryathal,

It’s probably just marketing, the super high stack is visible from far away and advertisers many available colors. If one catches your eye, you then have to walk through a bunch of other aisles to actually get to the towels. It’s like putting the milk at the back of the grocery store.

ryathal,

It really depends on who is working when you go, so of the younger guys just known where stuff is, not every arcane solution ever used in home repair.

ryathal,

It’s really not bad if all you do is work regular jobs, even a lot of them. The problem is Americans are shit at reading and math so they don’t understand directions well. Companies benefit from making it seem complicated though.

If you own your own business taxes are a huge pain, because you have to do all the stuff employers do, like payroll taxes.

If you are part of the ~13% that benefit from itemizing on your taxes, it’s also more complicated.

ryathal,

You aren’t entirely wrong. Most items at bulk clubs aren’t cheaper than other stores, just bigger. There’s generally a handful of items worth getting, and everything else should be avoided. Also Costco is usually more expensive, because they have random products that are organic, non-gmo, artisan things that cost more without good justification.

ryathal,

Alfredo is basically liquid cheese.

ryathal,

It equal parts parmesan and cream/butter. That’s basically enough fluid to make parmesan liquid.

ryathal,

On average people spend around 5% more with credit cards. That 2% cash back is a partial refund of increased spending.
