Technically, yes, it is encrypted. However, Facebook still gets metadata on who you talk to, when you talk to them, how long you talk to them, your contact information, etc. As an example, if you talked to your girlfriend, then you talked to her doctor, and then you talked to your mom. There’s a good chance that your girlfriend may be pregnant, even if I did not know what was said. Or, if I know you are at the top of a bridge and that you contacted a suicide hotline… So just because it is encrypted does not mean it is safe.
I would never ever take an adjustable rate mortgage. That is just begging to get fucked. Like right now for example. My mortgage is like 4.2% but if it were an adjustable id be at like 6+% and be out of a house.
I use osmand in conjunction with gps-coordinates.net so I can get the GPS coordinates of addresses to put into osmand since it has a serious lack of addresses
If you can contribute, that would be great. Especially business names and addresses. The best thing I have found to do is get an address from a place via the internet and plug that into gps-coordinates.net and use the first 7 numbers like 31.12345 -82.12345 into osmand when navigating. Then when i arrive i add it to osm so nobody can claim i stole data from another mapping service.
Its pretty nice. I am using it for a couple groups. It has some screen reader accessibility issues, but the devs are responsive and fix them as i find them.
What about session? It appears to connect to a peer-to-peer network and use onion routing in order to send and receive messages, does not require any kind of identification like a phone number, etc.
I just use my notes app and the letter “x” Two denote whether that thing has been paid already. I use a method called the Dave Ramsey every dollar method where every dollar has a purpose and you budget in such a way that absolutely every single dollar you get has a job. So, I get paid, and then my bank account is nearly empty two days later, but every dollar has done its job. I know that there are unexpected expenses, so a few dollars are miscellaneous, and their job is just to cover the $5 subscription that comes out quarterly, I forgot, etc.
