Maybe you use the corporative version? My products don’t ask me to close when I’m offline, and even when I’m not logged in with JB account they start asking to log in after some weeks
I second that this kind of licence seems very reasonable.
I find subscription licences to be frustrating but kind of reasonable, because those let the developers to focus on improving the product rather than making stuff broken on purpose to make the user pay for an upgrade. But that’s really controversial even in my own mind, don’t know if there’s a good solution but “magazine subscription” licence looks really good
They are generative in the sense of generating output, nothing more. With the “intelligence” part of the AI we got a fluke, should’ve called it something else until it gets to the real intelligence level (that is now dubbed AGI)
I guess it may be unclear when “entered a lottery but won only the ticket price, because otherwise would’ve been killed in a robbery” kind of situation comes into play. Is that luck or no luck? Would winning still be luck if robbers only came after the lucky dozen hours end?
With the glasses it’s all fun and games until you’re assassinated by someone you accidentally crossed without even knowing. Because assassination is not so much of a social situation ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Akshully, the density plays its part becase of Archimedes force an atmosphere is applying to an object. The less dense an object is, the lighter it will weight for the same mass. E.g. the air baloon with helium inside will have a mass even higher that an empty one because of added helium mass, yet it may float up thus having a negative weight (in the atmosphere)
Besides the already stated fact that global warming will only make winters worse, there are better ways like cleaning the snow (ok, that’s radical) or using abrasives like sand or gravel.
