Been married for 10 years now. There’s one thing I’ve found to be the ultimate relationship tester:

Furniture Assembly.

If you can survive assembling a few pieces of IKEA puzzles together it’s probably going to last XD

Can relate tbh. Like, I’m not going to turn the pages for you, all ya gotta do is ask and do it.

But fr, I’ll talk about anything that isn’t small talk. But I really don’t like carrying a conversation that A: doesn’t interest me, and B: has no ultimate goal (see: smalltalk).

I think, I may have suffered a stroke.

Happened to me a few months ago. Had a ticket for our District Attorney office, trying to playback a security camera footage from a parking lot or something. It would open, but, the person that was supposed to be seen would show up for a few frames and glitch out.

Turns out the cam system it came from uses some very proprietary codec. So the footage was effectively useless without their special sauce player/codec

I guess. I tried everything within reason to play it. VLC, mpv, windows media player etc. all with various degrees of failure. Even went down a rabbit hole of trying codecs from websites that looked frozen in time from the late 90’s, as it was an old cam system.

Gotta let it rest on the seat until it’s time to pee…as a big guy, consumer toilets are just disappointing in almost everything. Commercial commodes are superior.
