You’re probably better off wearing something like Red Wing’s Iron Rangers, though there’s multiple brands that are pretty good. Meermin comes to mind for Europeans. Solovair if you’re really into the Dr Martens look.

I realised they were the same actor as a kid… But this is very disappointing to hear. I’m just not able to separate an artist’s work from their politics. In fact, they are closely related, in my mind.

Ik weet nog goed die preek over hoe de lepraslachtoffers en bedelaars volgens Jezus maar vooral met de nek aangekeken moeten worden. Zo mooi.

Gekheid op een stokje, natuurlijk moet er meer structurele hulp voor daklozen komen, maar het verbieden van giften van individuele burgers gaat dat niet helpen bewerkstelligen. Sterker nog daar verklein je alleen maar het draagvlak voor zulke hulp mee.
