So, homemade dough, made with imported Italian pizza flour. I used a simple tomato sauce with salt and oregano. I par-baked the crusts, so assembly could be less rushed. Once par-baked, I coated the crust with ghee, and sprinkled smoky garlic salt on the crust. I added the remaining sauce, a layer of pecarino Romano for some extra funk, then lots of mozzarella, jalapenos, red onions, and pepperoni before finishing it in the oven. Once out, I drizzled on hot honey, chili flakes, oregano, and parmesan

Sadly, I didn’t get a picture. But the crust was what I was most happy with. It was crunchy, yet soft and chewy. The bottom was substantial enough to hold a whole slice by the crust alone, but it was pliable enough that the tip of the slice would droop while you held it

Jalapeno, red onion, and pepperoni. This was probably the best pizza I’ve made yet!

Have you tried the PopOS DE? That may scratch what you’re looking for

Looking to make the switch

Hi everyone, looking to make the switch from windows. I’m reasonably technically apt but not a programmer by any means. I’ve been doing some homework on which distro I would like to use and pop_os kinda feels like the right direction. I’m running an Nvidia 3060TI on a Ryzen 5600 chip set on an Asus tuf motherboard. Any...

If you want to dual boot Windows, do yourself a favor and get a second SSD to run Linux from. It’ll save you a lot of headaches.

Does that also imply the existence of “Semichubby BSD”?

Shouldn’t it be “Megahard Linux”

They likely updated the server version. Some of the clients are going to misbehave until the latest server version is more widespread.

If you’re curious, just try going directly to that instance’s website.

NAS build, what's wrong with it?

I want to setup a NAS (mainly for storing games and videos), that I’d also like to use to watch said videos on a WiFi TV and to install games on a separate PC connected via ethernet. This is the part list I came up with (plus whatever GPU I can get for as cheap as possible, I can probably get a GT 730 GTX750 for free). I also...

I think you could do better with your storage drives. Go to pcpartpicker and look at storage then sort by price/GB ascending. The very first entry is a 6tb drive for $57

Not sure why, but your comment made me think about the first machine I switched to Linux. It was a laptop who’s fan eventually had a bad bearing and needed to be replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty, so I sent the laptop in to get the fan replaced, and received my laptop back with Windows installed on it… I was so livid.
