vivadanang,

I imagine sad, regretful brits dining/vacationing are a boon to the economy.

vivadanang,

This other thread on chicken inflation kinda bucks this trend but who’s really right?

or maybe they’re growing humongous chickens with teeny tiny bones?

vivadanang,

And your elected leaders are fighting it: newsweek.com/wolves-reintroduced-colorado-lauren-…

goddamn she’s dumb.

vivadanang,

everywhere they natively lived

sorry ma’am, your child was one of thirty five killed when we reintroduced wolves to kindercare because they were native here in the 1300s, but their comeback is something to behold, and the survivors have quite a story!

I kid, but also, reintroduce them to areas where they’re least likely to bump up against population, all the areas they natively lived in the past are, unfortunately, overrun by humans. I live in Washington state, where we’re seeing grey wolves slowly come back. I’m all for it. And here in Seattle, we’ve always had Coyotes living around the town, on the large greenways. Keep your cats inside if you love them!

vivadanang,

Archers do this intentionally for skill bonus

can you explain or link to some kind of attribution for this assessment? I don’t know enough about archery to understand how it would help.

vivadanang,

that shit slaps goatskin

vivadanang,

I blame the fucking stoopid sumerians for not using arabic numerals, I mean fucking come on you’re practically in the neighborhood what the hell man

vivadanang,

it’s that voice in the back that’s always there, but waits for a quiet moment to suggest crazy shit. I liken it to very very mild, controlled tourette’s - random impulses that shouldn’t even raise to the level of conscious thought but for whatever reason slip through the ‘noise’ filter.

vivadanang,

well put

vivadanang,

all the furniture was wicker. everything optimized for weight.

vivadanang,

dump a cup of baking soda and a cup of white wine vinegar, wash again, they’ll be fine.

vivadanang,

would add baking soda but yeah, it gets the funk out.

vivadanang,

it reacts. I can’t explain the precise chemistry behind the reaction, but it breaks organic deposits / stains / crud and actually gets funky smells out of the wash. works better than any off the shelf product I’ve tried.

vivadanang,

not sure on the precise chemistry involved in the reaction, but it works like a charm for getting stains and smells out of laundry, and takes smells out of counters etc. w/o using harsh chemicals. you should give it a try.

vivadanang,

they react, they don’t equalize, and the results do a fine job of cleaning / removing smells. look, I’m not going to try to convince you your understanding of chemistry is incorrect, but try it before you knock it.

vivadanang,

washing anything that got moldy (like cloth napkins from the kitchen that sat in the hamper) / funky - I use a solid tablet detergent (blue land plastic free) and a baking soda / vinegar. works great.

vivadanang,

That’s ok, Muskoid is going to sue the ADL and Media Matters, and based on his extremely flawed ideas regarding Freedom Of Speech, he probably believes he can win lol.

he’s such a fucking clown

vivadanang,

right? they’ve illustrated it happens. Advertisers don’t want to be shown with nazi content, elon’s hosting nazi content, it’s really that simple.

vivadanang,

It wasn’t an organic thing and it’ll be interesting to see if it goes to court.

it was completely organic. no outside-twitter resources were used to achieve the result - they literally used twitter’s tools and proved it could happen readily. That’s all advertisers need to see to bug the fuck out.

vivadanang,

how much does Musk compensate you for all this mate?

vivadanang,

You don’t have to modify a lawn mower to flip it upside down and throw cats in it my friend.

no you just have to be a psychopath to suggest it.

did they break twitter, inject code, falsify user records, hack anything? No.

They used the service as it’s intended - picked some people and brands to follow then refreshed their feed. Buddy, that’s as organic as manure - and even if it somehow was gamed, dozens of other instances of hate shit being positioned aside brands THAT RIGHTFULLY DON’T WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH HATE SHIT have been posted - it’s not just media matters.

it’s not just the ADL’s criticism.

GET IT THROUGH YOUR FUCKING MELON - Musk’s the problem. Your refusal to see the obvious is sad.

vivadanang,

Ah. Miss the point and make a stupid medical diagnosis? Not the best start. I’ll get back to this.

yeah suggesting murdering animals as a method to defend free speech was you’re weird tactic mate, not mine.

So you’re suggesting without the ‘contrived’ method of selecting people to follow, which is part of twitter’s core features, that no one would see these issues?

Because that’s a lie. It’s happened to hundreds of users. And seeing awful shit on twitter is getting more regular because of Musk’s idiotic reversal on content moderation. time.com/…/twitters-hate-content-advertisers/

You literally don’t know what you’re talking about or are being intentionally disingenous - it’s gross and sad. Fuck off with your bullshit, you defend nazis and their proponents - what the fuck is wrong with you?

And how dare you criticize anyone for getting worked up about your nazi apologist bullshit, you suggested mowing cats, sicko.

vivadanang,

the remainder n needs to be accounted for
