What's your favorite fight to use the Iron Flask? And what's the "best" fight to use it, and what's the most ridiculously unhinged situation to use it?

I’m on my 4th campaign (2nd honour mode) and I still have yet to actually use the flask! I’m just starting Act 3 in this playthrough, but I’d love to hear your ideas and suggestions for the flask

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

I opened it without realizing what it would do in camp the first time. Unhinged: circus? Useful? I wonder how it would go in the last fight of act 2…

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Please teach us how to have the sink be the grossest part of the bathroom.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

As a sysadmin that dealt with IBM “helping” CentOS into an early grave, I refuse to give canonical or any for-profit corporation the benefit of the doubt here. After seeing how many products start out free and move towards paid or ad supported models once they think they can get away with it, I doubt this is done out of goodwill, either.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Acting in is very different than enjoying. Need to get all the coverage with visibility for the camera and no men coming until the very last bit. I bet sometimes it’s a lot of fun, but a lot of time it’s just a job and you gotta get through your day.

“They just left him out in the sun to die? He does get us.”

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

It’s right after the shocker, but well before the minivan.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

More like:

“I can spend a ton of executive function thinking about and preparing food in a way contrary to what the food industry and their advertisers, food engineers, psychologist, etc., try to get a person to do while having only a slight chance at losing weight if I’ve already gained it. I’ll probably do so by getting involved in the super scammy diet industry.”

Vs

“I don’t want to spend that much of my life thinking about, preparing, tracking food (maybe because I have an eating disorder/medical issue/mental health issues, maybe because it’s just not worth it to me)”

It’s also not just a choice, it’s dozens of choices every day, forever.

You’re way oversimplifying it. We’re not going to magically get better humans, so maybe changing the systems would be a better way to get results than relying on people and industry to change their behavior (which is obviously not working).

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

CICO is not only reductive to the point of being useless, it’s also bad advice for weight loss or maintenance.

Consistent throughout many studies, calorie restriction induces a reduction in energy expenditure that is larger than the loss of metabolic mass, i.e. fat-free mass and fat mass, can explain.

In laymen’s terms: the body reduces metabolism in response to weight loss.

You don’t seem to understand the topic beyond a few catchphrases, so I’m done interacting with you. Have a good one.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

It’s not simple math. It’s biology, sociology, psychology, medicine, etc.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

“Cannot stop choosing”

Come on.

I thought he sold kebabs and other skewers, like serpents.

What hobbies help you minimize or avoid navigating commercialism?

By commercialism, I’m aiming at a mix of spending a lot and sifting through bloated business models (e.g. this or that accessory/equipment, microtransactions, etc.). Feel like many can relate to this sort of commercial fatigue, and yet it creeps even into hobbies where one tries to unwind....

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Some martial arts. A gi and a fee to keep the lights on. Avoid the places that guarantee black belts in a year or sell gear.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

I always assumed Kirby did all the blowing so I’m as shocked as he is.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Does the remaining 1% get resold by shady people in back alleys? “Hey you, you want a deal on 1% of some produce from a farmer’s market? Fell off the back of a Prius.”

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Can’t get to my password manager without logging into it and the OS.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Have you never met a Klingon before? They’ve got redundancy.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Like the person that got stuck in the floor of the Enterprise-D.

zero_spelled_with_an_ecks,

Oh no, they feel the same way with less knowledge.
