Hi, out of no where when I boot into my tumbleweed installation (secure boot, uefi), it goes straight to grub rescue, no error messages....

It’s possible to inhibit the display turn off in kde using ``kde-inhibit --power --screenSaver ``` However, I want to inhibit the display turning off only when playing media (either by spotify or a browser), and let it sleep as usual when not playing media....

I’ll need to mirror print stuff regularly (flip across the vertical axis), and I’m trying to make the process convenient....

I read the linked post and it got me thinking of a lot of the posts I typically see around Linux. Most of them that are seeking support are very distro focussed; what is the best distro for this, what distro should I choose, etc....

Before anything else, I would like to say that I admit systemd has brought great change to GNU/Linux. sysvinit wasn’t the best, and custom scripts for every distro is a pain I’d rather not have....
