Fresh batch of limoncello and lemon peel powder. (lemmy.ca)

Second try at making limoncello; the peels were infused for 8 weeks in a locally distilled 45% gin. Used a coffee filter to filter out any impurities, and I think I trapped too much of the oils… leading to a crystal-clear liqueur, rather than the cloudy-neon-yellow I was going for. Oh well. As the title says, I’m looking for a Linux/macOS-compatible EPROM programmer. I’d like to be able to program parallel (E)EPROMs in the 27xxx range. The newer XGecu programmers seem to not be compatible with Linux/macOS, and the selection of TL866(II) clones is too overwhelming for me to be able to choose one....
