I’m glad that Auralnauts can take it on the chin and just crack jokes about it, but I hate how open disregard for Fair Use is defacing artistic works, even if they’re “just” satire.
I can’t believe that Andor, an otherwise mostly excellent show, tried to make me give a crap about the main character’s ex-girlfriend’s on-again off-again bang buddy who tried to rat out the main character.
Auralnauts is a fantastic YouTube channel. The dedication it takes to make unique music, voices, and plot for every movie and in some cases multiple is just amazing.
I recommend everyone check it out if you haven’t yet.
It’s not important. I made three posts, playing with the idea of replacing TIME with TIMM (a character from Andor), 'cos there’s a TV show called TIME, which lasted for three episodes (the same length of time that TIMM did, haha). Anyway, I found a poster for a poor-quality looking film called DEADTIME, and tried to make it about Timm (who, as mentioned, is well dead).
It’s actually not necessary the concentration power but the available time when being adult… 🤔
Reading 2 books wouldn’t be a huge problem today (if they are good and less then 1000 pages). But unfortunately the two toddlers here say no to me sitting a few hours on the couch and reading some book.
Being a child also doesn’t demand as much mental load. Yes you’ve got school but as an adult I’ve not only got work but all the tasks of running a home, food, driving, and other misc “chores” that pop up throughout the day. At the end of that it can be difficult to further concentrate sometimes.
