If two people arrive at a 4 way stop simultaneously the right-most person is supposed to go.

Don’t be nice, be predictable.

Slow and Curteous: Tokyo Grip

Someone more clever than me can make a joke with that, I was picturing some kind of super polite tire salesman who primarily deals in snow tires.

PowerGloveSoBad,

I’m thinking more along the lines of Slow and Courteous: 10-and-2 Grip

Drbreen, to comicstrips in Slow and Courteous [Beetlemoses]

Slow and courteous is great, but I can’t stand it when people break common road rules to be courteous. That becomes confusing and dangerous.

essteeyou,

Absolutely! Behave as expected and everything will go better.

There’s a thing called “the wave of death” where one driver stops in the middle of a road and waves for a pedestrian to cross, but the cars going the other way don’t know this person just decided to do that, and the pedestrian has a false sense of safety from being waved across… Bad shit.

SARGEx117,

Don’t be polite: be predictable.

Don’t wave that other person through the intersection when it’s your turn, it just creates confusion. Go through like you are supposed to.

Don’t slow down to let the yeilding traffic in. They are supposed to YEILD TO YOU.

Belzebubulubu,
@Belzebubulubu@mujico.org avatar

Yeah! Make those peasants yeild to your law enforced and god given right, to hell with being nice! /s

Yeah don’t do wave another person through, that’s just an accident waiting to happen

Aww, ADHD dinosaurs sounds like a cool animal concept. I hope there are turtles who taught us how to deal with depression.
