I dont remember this from the manga.

DavidGarcia, (edited ) to animemes in What if frieren got a cloning spell...
MomoTimeToDie,

The closest I can think of is gate. Modern military in a fantasy setting

DavidGarcia,

true, this one probably fits the requirements best. it was alright. I’m really surprised this isn’t a bigger genre. Something like The Saga of Tanya the Evil but with Monsters would be cool.

not the best but fits the bill (army vs monsters) myanimelist.net/…/Rougo_ni_Sonaete_Isekai_de_8-ma…

DavidGarcia,

ah yeah, that one was kinda fun

dangblingus, to piracy in The IT Crowd - Piracy warning

The IT Crowd basically cemented itself as timeless by never directly referencing anything super techy that would date it. Sure, there’s a guitar hero controller and an xbox 360 in a lot of shots, as well as some 4:3 laptops, but that’s about it.

Rai,

I’ve got friends who still play games on their computers with an XBOX360 controller!

Rogue,

There is that one episode where they go into intense detail about how the Internet functions. They even show it!

chahk,

Duh! It’s wireless!

What you forgot to mention is that someone bought the original piracyisacrime.com domain as printed on your DVD. They made it redirect to The IT Crowd piracy scene :d

InfiniWheel, to memes in Entities Revive Plants vs Zombies

For a moment I thought it was some weird parody of mobile game ads, but nope, quick look at the viewcount and channel content tells me its just kids content. Jesus

sexy_peach,

No that’s a kind of satire I think. It’s a big meme right now.

thegreatloofa, to movies in GHOSTBUSTERS: FROZEN EMPIRE - Official Teaser Trailer (HD)

I’m happy they’re finally making a The Day After Tomorrow sequel!

JeffKerman1999, to movies in GHOSTBUSTERS: FROZEN EMPIRE - Official Teaser Trailer (HD)

I mean Afterlife was kind of ok, definitely better than that remake. I’ll probably watch this in the cinema.

Tar_alcaran,

The bar for Afterlife was REALLY low, but I agree.

Everyone should read it, or at least understand the main points of the book if they are invested in privacy related topics.

online,

Are there any good reading guides online to accompany it? I remember reading books like this in university and the professor would help us with critical reading. I bet there’s something out there like that. 🤔

Save yourself some time: The mayo in the squeezer bottle is about 10% denser, probably to help it squeeze better.

I kinda hoped for a high voltage eye, but this is also cool.

How… does that work? Did they just desolder the old one and solder a new one on there? Aren’t there like, a ton of nerves that connect your eyes to your brain?

caseyweederman,

I am also very interested in the answer to this question

caseyweederman,

Ah

Presently, the transplanted eye is not communicating with the brain through the optic nerve.

Send_me_nude_girls, (edited )

Still very impressive. I wonder if vision can be restored in near future, that would be amazing.

jol,

So it’s just an organic glass eye?

  • CrayonRosary,

    You don’t. They didn’t.

    aBundleOfFerrets,

tldr: nothing special was done with the nerve and the doctors are fairly certain the eye will never be able to see
