What movie did you rewatch most often?
For me, it’s either the Matrix or Pulp Fiction. I have seen both a lot of times but certainly not more often than say a dozen times.

Ranjr, Ice Station Zebra
Raildrake, Both LOTR and Harry Potter, marathon once in a while.
lemminer, These are the movies on the top of my head I’ve watched more than 20 times.
- Batman: Dark knight
- Orange clockwork, Eyes wide shut, Dr. Strangelove
- Before sunrise and before sunset. Third one is kinda cringe.
- Shawshank Redemption
makanimike, Before sunrise and before sunset. Third one is kinda cringe.
I’m curious if this might change over time/I wonder if you might still be youngish and if your view on it may change as you reach a certain age.
I’ve rewatched Before Sunset the most out of the trilogy, by far. Midnight feels a little tough because it hits home. Then again, maybe that’s what you meant to convey.
lemminer, You got that right. Before sunset was the one I rewatched alot out of the three. I had a relatable moment in my life which I still cherish.
I didn’t understood your first statement.
makanimike, I wonder if it’s a movie that might get better as someone ages. I can absolutely imagine that somebody might find it better at age 45 vs at 25.
ConditionOverload, I love rewatching “monster” movies. Like The Mummy, Deep Blue Sea, and Lake Placid.
manwithabox, Grumpy Old Men:)
jaackf, Shaun Of The Dead
koncertejo, Your Name (Kimi no Na wa). I've seen it at least a dozen times; it's always incredibly emotionally impactful every time. Really beautiful movie.
lorez, Back to the future.
ME5SENGER_24, Groundhog Day, Wedding Crashers, Zombieland and then 2 odd Disney movies would be Luca and Coco
sunbeam60, I bet it felt like Groundhog Day watching that film over and over.
KiofKi, At least once a year this one is a must.
imkmiaw, Just one, Interstellar. I don’t watch a lot of movies but that one just hits different, I’ve watched it 7 times, could watch it again.
I saw Matrix 2-3 times when I was a kid, but no more than that.
Fluba, As a kid, my top ones:
- The Sandlot
- The Mighty Ducks
- Rookie of the Year
- Hook
As an adult:
- Superbad
- I Love You, Man
- Pineapple Express
- Almost Famous
cyberpunk007, The fast and the furious 1,2,3
Poeticbiscuit, I only usually rewatch films whenever I feel like I’d need a pick-me-up. Something light-hearted, so I’d usually go for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
But during my recent movie marathon, I discovered more films which are actually good contenders for a rewatch such as The Fundamentals of Caring (highly recommended) and The Land of Steady Habits.
quaff, The Dark Knight.
