Top artist is Les Cowboys Fringants, which happens to be my favourite band.

Their singer died on November 17 of prostate cancer. He had it since 2020 but only revealed it to the fans on 2022.

I’ve seen them almost a year ago at the Centre Bell in Montreal (around 20k seats amphitheatre). It was the most memorable show I’ve ever seen.

They are a band that has been running for something like 25 years. Multiple generations have grown with them. The Quebec is still mourning him.!

One of the worst war criminals in our history that got off entirely scot-free and probably had a happy life until he died at hundred. He is responsible for the deaths of millions and was never prosecuted for it. In a list of people deserving of being executed he would have been on one of the first places.

New Order tracks for top artist as I listened to them a ton after seeing them in concert… 36 years after the last time I saw them play. lol

Til They Drop is my “driving around by myself with the music up” jam. I guess I was doing that a lot this year.

I randomly got into “she’s kerosene” by the interrupters this year. Saw it on a very amateur bmx clip reel and couldn’t get it out of my head all year.

Having said that, it didn’t make my Spotify wrapped list.
