It's the Add Post button.

And it should be the size of a thimble … but because it’s so easy and accessible all the time … we just keep pressing it over and over and over again.

It’s the “create post” button. You post the thing. It gets the upvotes. Brain makes the happy chemical and then I feel less sad.

Granted it doesn’t prevent you from getting sad from other things.

I think that eventually one can get bored with those instant small droplets of dopamine as well, readily to be experienced 100% of the time you hit that button.

After all, I've heard that we get more enthusiastic about the random chances of either receiving or not receiving dopamine.
