Or, you know, we could keep the issue out of the legislature entirely and put it back in the hands of the people with MASTERS DEGREES IN LESSON PLANNING AND EVALUATING THE AGE APPROPRIATENESS OF BOOKS FOR MINORS (i.e., teachers and librarians).
