Selecting the Search icon in most user interfaces immediately places the text cursor in the text box, allowing you to start typing right away....

It’s real annoying when a post blows up and the little bell icon in the top right keeps adding to its counter well past the time when you care about that post any longer. Is there some way to ignore further updates to a specific post or comment?

When a Lemmy search finds the keyword(s) in the comments, it doesn’t show the title of the original post (thread title). You have to open the thread and jump to the top to get that context. I made the mistake of trying to use 2FA for the lemmy.ml account. Please can the lemmy.ml admin contact me via email to arrange a fix. I’m guessing you’ll have to turn it off. I’ve tried just doing a password reset but it didn’t turn off the 2FA so there is no way to recovery from this....
